Colleen has been with our staff as an auctioneer since 2004. In 2006, she graduated from The University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing. Her duties consist of not only bid calling, conducting auctions, writing ads, but maintaining our website and being our Marketing Director. "She is a true assest to your team, she brings a new and young look to both our staff and our thinking." says Darryl and Jayme.

Ron came to our staff with 35 plus years of general auction experienc and has worked in agriculture, antiques, collectibles and much more. "Ron brings a veteran outlook to your team and has always supplied us with a wealth of knowledge" says Darryl McGuire. Ron resides in Southington, Ohio with his wife Sherry and is a Father of four.

Mike resides in Ravenna, Ohio with his wife Diane and is the Father of three daughters. Mike joined our staff as an apprentice auctioneer in 2005. Mike has 30 years in the educational field and retired from Maplewood Career Center as a Supervisor. Mike enjoys hunting and fishing, and writes articles for the several outdoor publications; one of which is The Outdoor Adventures, in the Farm&Dairy.

Joan Boytz

Cashier/Office Manager

Joan is the glue to our operation, she handles all our onsite auction management duties. She has always been an "auction goer" and she joined our staff in 1997. "Joan is like a second mother to me, she always has advice wether I want it or not, I love her," says Colleen McGuire.

Sherly Broadwell/Vince Broadwell

Clerk/Set-up Crew

Sherly and Vince live in Braceville, Ohio and have been with our staff since 1997. Sherly is in charge of making sure everthing gets written down and into our office correctly. Vince is our "detail" man. He helps set-up and work the day of the auction. "I have known Vince and Sherly for many years, we attend the same church and they are great people. For them to be part of our auction team is a blessing," said Darryl McGuire.

 Gene comes to us with a wealth of knowlege in the industy. He is extermely experienced when it comes to the auction set-up and flow because he has been attending auctions since he was a boy. "When Gene is not working one of our auctions he is attending a competitors auction, and that is why we have put our trust in him when it comes to knowing the best way to accomplish something in our industy," says Darryl and Jayme.
